The Board of Directors of Polymer Factory Sweden AB ("Polymer Factory" or the "Company") today, 23 February 2023, publishes the memorandum relating to the Company’s upcoming pre-emptive rights issue of shares, which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 February 2023 (the "Rights Issue" or the "Offer"). The memorandum is now available at the Company’s website (www.polymerfactory.com) as well as on the financial adviser Sedermera Corporate Finance AB’s website (www.sedermera.se), Nordic Issuing AB's (www.nordic-issuing.se) and Spotlight Stock Market’s (www.spotlightstockmarket.com) respective websites. The subscription period commences on 24 February and runs until and including 10 March 2023.
On 27 January 2023, Polymer Factory announced that the Board of Directors had resolved on an issue of shares with pre-emptive right for existing shareholders. The resolution was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 February 2023.
