The Board of Directors at Audientes A/S (“Audientes”, the “Company”), CVR 36047631, has following its election on March 8, 2023, appointed Hossein Sandfeld Jelveh, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Audientes, as Chairman of the Board.

In compliance with corporate governance rules, Hossein Sandfeld Jelveh will step down as an executive director of Audientes. Notwithstanding this change, he will continue in his position as Chief Technology Officer in the Company.
