First, the publication date of the Annual Report for 2022 is now moved from 23 March, 2023 to 13 April, 2023, to allow some members of the recently appointed Board of Directors sufficient time to review and develop an informed view of the company, risk management and corporate governance matters prior to completion and approval of the Annual Report for 2022.

Second, the date of the Annual General Meeting 2023 is now moved from 16 April, 2023 to 28 April, 2023, to allow at least two weeks between the publishing of the Annual Report for 2022 and the Annual General Meeting 2023.

Third, the publication date of the interim financial report for the first quarter of 2023 is now moved from 16 May, 2023 to 30 May, 2023, so the associated trading prohibition for PDMRs (Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities) will not conflict with the already scheduled Warrant Exercise period from 27 March–13 April, 2023 and the duration of the associated corporate action settlement steps.
