Last Wednesday, Xoma participated as an exhibitor at Grönsakshallen Sorunda’s event in Malmö. The event brought together various suppliers who had the opportunity to showcase their products to chefs and restaurant professionals in the region.
During the event, Xoma introduced its high-quality algae, Caulerpa lentillifera, also known as "vegan caviar." The product generated great interest among attendees, with many chefs finding it both exciting and innovative.
Xoma sees this event as an important step in increasing awareness of our algae, which are cultivated in controlled environments to ensure the highest quality and purity. We will continue our efforts to drive demand and spread knowledge about our sustainable and nutritious products.
