Peptonic Medical AB (publ) ("Peptonic" or the "Company") announces that the Uppsala District Court today, on 19 September 2025, has approved the Company’s request to extend its ongoing corporate reconstruction by three months, until 16 December 2025.
The purpose of the extension is to finalize the reconstruction plan and apply for a plan hearing in accordance with the Swedish Corporate Reconstruction Act. The Company intends to submit the reconstruction plan to relevant parties and apply for a plan hearing in the coming weeks, no later than the end of September 2025.
