Oven manufacturer Eatgood has received an order for a marine version of Lightfry for installation in a restaurant kitchen on an oil platform. The order comes from a global player that, among other things, operates restaurant kitchens in the offshore industry, the public sector, and large corporations. This is stated in a press release.The order is via Eatgood's UK distributor Whitco and delivery will take place now in December. The sale is in accordance with the standard price list and distributor discount."The deal is an important step in our continued focus on the market for maritime applications, as well as for our initiatives within public-sector restaurant kitchens, where demand for safe, energy-efficient, and oil-free solutions is steadily growing," says Josef Ibrahim, CEO of Eatgood.Restaurant kitchens within various industry segments, as well as publicly funded operations, are a prioritized market segment for Eatgood and its Lightfry. The segments are less sensitive to economic cycles and therefore offer, over time, a more predictable business and more stable order flows, the company states.
