As part of its growth strategy in the US market, Peptonic Medical AB (publ) ("Peptonic" or the "Company") has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Peptonic Medical Inc. This new entity will be responsible for direct sales of the Company’s personal care products within the intimate health sector, including both existing offerings and future product launches.
The establishment of Peptonic Medical Inc. is a strategic move aimed at strengthening the Company’s presence in the US market. By creating a dedicated subsidiary with a sole focus on direct sales under Peptonic’s own brand, the Company aims to promote a more clear and effective connection between its Nordic parent company and the US market.
At the same time, Peptonic will continue to operate through its existing US subsidiary, Common Sense Marketing Inc. (CSM), which manages products sold under white label through collaborations with strategic partners.
