Background

Audientes had previously on 15 February, 2023, communicated to the market about its future capitalization, and the company’s ongoing evaluation and pursuit of different strategic alternatives for its capitalization and more longer-term structures related to strategic investments, partnerships or aquisition. To assist in these efforts, Audientes has retained Gemstone Capital, a Denmark-based corporate finance advisor.

 

Having previously announced a revised financial calender for 2023 for, among others, the release of its Annual Report for 2022 and the upcoming Annual General Meeting 2023, the Company has now decided to further postpone these dates.

 

The postponement is due to the ongoing dialogue with commercial partners, investors and lenders which may potentially affect the conclusions in the Annual Report. Further, the Company finds it relevant to include the latest update and the conclusion on these discussions in the communication within the Annual Report.

 

Audientes has recently issued an updated Q4/Year-end report for 2022.

 

Changes to financial calendar

The financial calender for the Annual Report 2022 and the Annual General Meeting 2023 is therefore amended. The publication date of the Annual Report 2022 is moved from 17 May, 2023 to 13 June, 2023.

 

Correspondingly, the date of the Annual General Meeting 2023 is now moved from 30 May, 2023, to 28 June, 2023 due to the requirement of having at least two weeks between the publishing of the Annual Report 2022 and the Annual General Meeting 2023.
