On 6 September 2023, the Swedish Companies Registration Office completed the registration of a previously announced share issue in Katalysen Ventures AB (publ).
Following this, the total number of shares in Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) has increased from 6'675'209 to 6'924'185 shares, and the registered share capital is now SEK 900’144.05.
