OSLO, NORWAY – 3 June 2024: Genetic Analysis AS ("GA" or "the Company") announces that a member of the board of directors has bought GEAN-shares.
Jethro Holter, Chairperson of Genetic Analysis AS, has on Friday 31.05.2024 bought 13.000 GEAN shares at an average price of 0,70 NOK per share. The shares were acquired on the Spotlight Stock Market. Following the transaction, Jethro Holter owns 30.898 shares in the Company. For more information, please contact:
