Windon Energy announces that the recently completed asset acquisition of Chargehome has had a promising start. Six weeks after the acquisition, the company, together with the subsidiary Windon, has generated nearly SEK 2 million in sales of battery solutions, according to a press release.The outcome excludes the deal with Gårdssystem that Windon recently announced.According to Windon Energy, the sales have been achieved through joint transactions and realized synergies between the companies.Before the acquisition, the assessment was that Chargehome had the potential to contribute approximately SEK 15 million in annual revenue."The early development in the battery business, combined with quickly realized synergies, indicates that this contribution may turn out to be higher than initially assumed," writes Windon Energy.As the next step in the integration work, Windon intends to further align the brands, with the aim of consolidating the digital presence into a common structure to strengthen clarity, efficiency, and the customer experience.- We are pleased with how quickly the integration has been carried out and how the business has developed initially.
