”Our first priority is to create long term value for our shareholders. Therefore, we communicated, already at the listing of the share, that we could expand our search beyond the communicated investment criteria. Hence, our focus is mainly on finding a profitable and growing company, but that ideally has a growth potential that would attract the market when market sentiment changes and focus once again turns back to growth. Currently, we see it as unlikely that an acquisition will be found in the blockchain sector." – Vahid Toosi, CEO Full year 2022 ● Earnings per share was SEK -0.08 (-0.11) for the period. ● Profit after tax for the period was TSEK -628.5 (-223.4). ● Cash and cash equivalent amounted to TSEK 28,973.7 (10,891.1). Significant events during and after the period ● The share issue was oversubscribed and the share was listed on Spotlight Stock Market on January 21, 2022. ● The Annual Shareholders Meeting was held on May 23, 2022.
